Our Design Process

Briefing Stage

During the briefing stage, we engage in in-depth conversations to explore your world and lifestyle preferences. We listen to your ideas, inspirations, budget, and practical requirements while also sharing our insights and recommendations. This phase is dedicated to understanding your unique vision and personality, enabling us to seamlessly translate it into your project.

Concept Presentation

As we progress through the design process, we’ll present a series of concept mood boards to illustrate our vision. These boards will showcase furniture options and layout possibilities alongside detailed floor plans. Additionally, we’ll include sample boards with fabric selections and hard finishes, helping you to visualise your interiors more clearly.

Procurement & Management

We handle the sourcing and purchasing of everything your space needs, from flooring and fabrics to furniture and unique vintage pieces. Collaborating with our trusted network of contractors, joiners, upholsterers, curtain makers and carpenters, we manage the entire process for you, ensuring a seamless experience.

Installation

We manage all aspects of contractor coordination, collaborating closely with them to ensure seamless execution of your project. From start to finish, our commitment is to bring your vision to life while maintaining a smooth workflow. In the final stage, as we install the furniture, we also offer styling assistance to complete the process beautifully.

Design Development

Before we finalise your project, we invite you to take part in a final review and make any last tweaks. Your feedback is crucial during this phase, allowing us to shape the design into a cohesive plan that genuinely reflects your vision. We will prepare detailed designs, including final mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and confirmed furniture and finishes. With these elements in place, we can finalize the scope of work and construction plans, ensuring a smooth procurement process ahead.
