Victorian Town House

HARROGATE, NORTH YORKSHIRE

This four-story Victorian townhouse required a thoughtful transformation to reflect the owner’s warmth and personality while functioning as a vibrant family home, accommodating both teenagers and dogs. The challenge was to design a space that balanced timeless elegance with everyday practicality.

To honour the home’s Victorian heritage, we meticulously reintroducing period features such as deep skirting boards, intricate coving, panelling and ornate ceiling roses. A harmonious colour palette of blue, pink, red, terracotta, green, and warm stone tones was introduced, creating a cohesive flow that feels both welcoming and sophisticated.

The interiors blend antique furniture with contemporary upholstered pieces and vintage artwork, resulting in an eclectic aesthetic that exudes character and charm. This thoughtful combination ensures the home feels uniquely personal while retaining its classic Victorian heritage.
